You move better in shoes when they fit your feet properly, feel better in a suit when it’s tailored to your body, see better with glasses that match your prescription needs, and can reach the pedals in your car when the seat is set to your driving position. So, why wouldn’t you follow the same logic for your bicycle fit?

Full Fit “Unabridged”

$325

Whether you currently have a bike or are purchasing a new bike, Unabridged truly is all encompassing. We focus 50% of our energy on the bike and 50% on the rider(you). Typically 2-3hrs of time covers the following:

  • Pre-fit interview: Cover goals, injury/sports history, day to day work environment, current bike handling characteristics etc.

  • Off Bike Flexibility Assessment: Flexibility, symmetry, and general strengths/weaknesses will all translate to the bike. We’ll make note of anything important to better understand what to expect out of your bike fit.

  • Current Fit Assessment: If you are getting fit using a current bike, we’ll make note of any important areas of concern and use both photo and video to capture the riders starting point as a reference.

  • Bike Fit: We’ll address shoe/cleat fit, saddle position, handlebar position and width, crank arm length, and any posture related concerns.

  • Post Fit Alterations: Any labor associated with changes made to the bike are either waived or discounted, being handled on a case by case basis.

  • Post Fit Fitness/Mobility Routine: Any problem areas or weaknesses discovered during your fit ultimately help us in a quest to build a more bulletproof off-bike routine that is meant to work around any time constraints and equipment that you may or may not have access to. Remember, a proper bike fit consists of 50% bike, 50% rider. This routine will follow a one month cycle.

***If you’re serious about improving your on-bike experience through a more bulletproof off-bike routine but don’t understand or feel confident in how to perform lifts/movements with the proper technique, ask Hub House about our on-site post fit services.***
